OEM PARTS

OEM Parts cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. OEM Parts orders may not be modified or canceled at any time. Please be extra careful when placing your order to make sure that the parts you have selected are correct – if you have any questions, please contact us. OEM Parts orders typically take 2-4 business day to be filled if the part is in stock either with us or the manufacturer, so please allow for this time delay. Note that if an ETA is provided, it is an estimated time of arrival and subject to change due to but not limited by material shortages, labour shortages, machinery and tooling failure and/or logistical issues.

SHIPPING

Orders must be over $100.00 to qualify for free shipping

Free shipping only applies to a complete order.

If you have multiple parts back ordered or from various suppliers it will dispatched when all items arrive.

If you request for an order to be have split shipping, before the order is complete there will be additional shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately we do not currently send any orders or items outside of Australia & New Zealand.

Any orders placed outside of Australia & New Zealand will be automatically cancelled.

PRICING

All pricing and shipping is in Australian dollars ($AUD).

Pricing, descriptions and specifications are correct as to the best of our ability and knowledge at the time of publication, either in print or on this website.

Prices and condition are subject to change without notice.

We take no responsibility for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices and model applications.

We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, pricing and applications at any time without further obligation.

If a pricing or specification discrepancy occurs, you will be notified by us immediately and if you choose, will be given a full refund.

We endeavour to ship your order the next day via your selected shipping method, but from time to time delays on items may occur that are out of our control due to nil stock or back orders not filled by our supplier, shipping delays etc. You will be notified immediately if this occurs, either by phone call or e-mail. You will have a choice to wait for the product or a cancellation of your order will be processed immediately upon your request.

Bunbury Group will never share or sell your information with another company, entity or organisation. The information collected is used to contact ship to and transact with the buyer. By purchasing from our website, you may, from time to time, receive information from Bunbury Group about new items, sales or other pertinent information.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO RETURN AN ITEM.

Due to the nature of online orders we are unable to provide customers with a refund due to a change of mind.

The manufacturer’s packaging must be clear of writings or markings.

Do not use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container.

If youwould like, weare happy to give your store credit towards any future purchase.

For exchanges, you as the purchaser are responsible for all shipping charges and ensuring the item(s) are returned to Bunbury Group within 30 days.

Bunbury Group is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier.

We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer.

Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.

Electrical, ignition, and discontinued items are not returnable. Videos and DVD’s must be unopened and in original packaging.

All closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded. Exchanges or manufacturers defect are acceptable.

HELMET EXCHANGE:

Bunbury Group will NOT ACCEPT a helmet exchange if the helmet has been used, scratched or damaged in any way. ALL tags must be intact, as well as the visor sticker. The Helmet must be in original condition.

Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis by the returns manager and is not approved until inspected in person.

We do not indicate parts inventory or in stock numbers on our website. Being able to add parts to your shopping cart is not an indication of parts & accessories being in stock. We sell millions of parts & accessories at competetive prices and can’t possibly keep them all in stock. What we don’t stock is ordered direct from the manufacturer or supplier and shipped to you.

If you see an item on our site and would like to come in store to try it on please call the store first to confirm we have stock in your size.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

Although we regularly receive updates about unavailable parts with older vehicles, occasionally, parts may be able to be added to your shopping cart that are discontinued and no longer in production. We will notify you if this is the case or you can email or call us to be sure before you make your purchase.

We do attempt to provide you with the best information on product availability and understand that backorder can be inconvenient. The majority of our distributors provide estimated ship dates for the majority of their backordered products. These dates, if available, are provided in the backorder notifications. These ETA’s reflect when the supplier expects to ship them to us. Please remember, these are only estimated dates and are subject to change.

Please feel free to request an update at any time. We will attempt to communicate any changes we learn of regarding existing backorders; however, suppliers often do not update us regarding changes to ETA’s, etc. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are received and may ship without notification.

HOW DOES THE BACKORDERED PARTS PROCESS WORK?

Their is often some confusion about the back ordered parts ordering process and how it works with OEM parts and accessories retailers.

When you, and in return we the merchant, place an order for a back ordered parts with the manufacturer, we are added to a que with all other retailers and dealers waiting on that back ordered part. When these parts come back into stock from production, the supply is shipped out to everyone on the list starting from the top working down till they are out of supply or persons and merchants waiting for the back ordered part.

“How does this affect me?”, you might ask. Well, you should reconsider cancelling orders that contain back ordered parts. If we or another retailer cancel your order, we lose our spot in the list que waiting for the back ordered part. So it is often worth it to stick it out and maintain your place in line. If the order would be resubmitted later, you go back down to the bottom of that list que! You do not get your old spot in the list back!
